We do our best to deliver items of the highest quality which have been carefully checked and well packed. Please allow small imperfections due to the nature of handmade work and the use of natural materials.

if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Returned items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging.
Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.
If your order arrived defective or damaged please contact us to receive a replacement.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
To complete your return or exchange please include your full name & email with a detailed request for a smooth process.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
